Flu Shot Information
In School Flu Shots. $0 Copay. Sign Up TODAY.
We encourage you to register your student for the upcoming in-school flu clinic. Register online at www.libertyhillisdflu.com by October 30th at 11:59 pm. This year, our school district has partnered with Healthy Schools - the nation’s largest school vaccine provider - to offer flu shots to students during the school day with the goal of ensuring that flu shots are available to 100% of students. Help us as Liberty Hill ISD Fights the Flu! The copay is $0, so there is absolutely no cost to you. Healthy Schools’ flu shot clinics are run by nurses trained to care for children. The nurses are often local to our community and may even be a parent in our school district! To sign up your student for our in-school $0 copay flu shot, go to this website: www.libertyhillisdflu.com.  more about In School Flu Shots. $0 Copay. Sign Up TODAY.
